In this 6 or 8 week taught course, students learn the basics of handbuilding, wheel-throwing, trimming and finishing, and glazing.

This six-week course is suitable for beginning pottery students and those who have taken our Pottery 101 course and would like to deepen their focus on handbuilding techniques.

This six-week course is suitable for beginning pottery students and those who have taken our Pottery 101 course and would like to deepen their focus on throwing and trimming functional ware that holds up to daily use and is fit for purpose. 

This six-week intermediate course is ideal for those who have taken our Pottery 102: Wheel course and would like to continue to develop wheel skills in a small group, or those who have had substantial wheelthrowing experience in the past and would like a refresher. 

8 week open studio booking. One 4 hour slot per week of independent work. 

Our summer workshop series is geared towards our members, students and other potters with experience who are able to take away what they learned to use in their own practice. 

During this 3 hour workshop, you will learn basic hand-building techniques such rolling even slabs, joining seams, and shaping to create a mug.
